Close to the limit of reality and imagination, armed with my colour pencils and a lot of patience, I devoted my first years to improve my techniques. My subjects were at the time birds, animals with flaring fur and feather. Choosing such animals was however not only linked to the delight of their furs, I am also fascinated by the eyes, topic that you meet often in my works, the expression of the look, the marks of the years. My technique is then refined by using water-colours. These latters, used as a support to the pencils, give more depth and intensity to my colours. The nature is an inexhaustible source of inspiration, beauty and colours.
